Pimples usually appear on the face, back neck or the shoulder. Pimples are not harmful just maybe our self-esteem. Pimples are swelling on the skin with bacteria, usually, cause from clog pores. Pimples generally look like a blemish on the skin and a few times it can even have white pus showing out of the pimple. Although pimples won’t last very long it does leave blemishes on the skin that can have you feeling more self-conscious.

There are numbers of a pimple and acne products out there for removing pimple marks, but here a few tips that you can do at home. Natural remedies are great if you want to use something that won’t have any side effect and 100% natural.

How to get rid of pimples and Why use home remedies?

Because pimples are common among teenagers from all the hormone changes the body goes through at that stage. This is an inexpensive solution for pimples since it may come and go often. Products may take some time to act on some skin types. If your skin doesn’t react to the product immediately natural remedies are the better option. Home remedies are the only solution that will clear up pimple marks and pimple scars without any side effects.

1.Toothpaste to get rid of pimples and scars

If you didn’t know Toothpaste is an amazing product in your bathroom. Apply a small amount of toothpaste to your pimple and let it sit and dry for a few minutes, wash it off with cool water. Do this 3 times a week for a quicker result. The cooling agent will also help reduce the appearance of a pimple .Toothpaste can also be used to clear skin up and some people even used it to get rid of tan skin.


Garlic is really no surprise, this is a super vegetable not only great for food but it is used in many home skin care remedies. Cut the garlic cloves in small dice pieces and rub a pimple with it. Garlic contains antifungal, antioxidant, and antiviral that aid in removing pimples quicker and easier.


You can use garlic in your hair conditioner to cut shedding.

Mince garlic cloves and take orally daily to purify your blood, hence will result in better-looking skin.

3.Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is in almost every household and a popular natural beauty treatment. Coconut oil has good healing properties and also a great moisturizer. Virgin coconut oil is the best option as it is more natural. Apply to scar or pimple spot. Use your finger to massage into the affected area of the skin and let it absorb.  You can let this stay on your face for 30 minutes or more. Also if you are comfortable there is no need to wash it off.

4.Egg White to lighten dark marks

Egg whites have whitening properties, this can be used to whiten pimple mark. Break egg in a container and separate the yolk from the white. Apply the egg white to a pimple or acne mark. After 15 minutes you can wash off with cold water. Egg white is filled with protein and protein is helpful in creating new skin cells.

5. Sliced Potato

Potato is another vegetable, vitamin-rich great for healing and overall health of the skin. Get a fresh potato, cut in thin slice and apply directly to pimple marks. Used the fresh juice from the slice to massage the scars. Keep the juice on your face for at least 15 minutes then go ahead and rinse face with lukewarm water. You can do this 5 times a week if wish.
